Aussie producer and WUOG-favorite Flume is re-releasing his debut self-titled album as a four-disc deluxe edition. One of the new discs is a full blown hip-hop/R&B mixtape featuring a varied cast of rappers and singers going in over Flume’s beats (including a “what the hell” team up between Autre Ne Veut and Ghostface Killah). Our first taste is the track “Intro” featuring a pitched up vocal sample and Maybach Music mainstay Stalley equating himself to Tom Cruise’s in Tony Scott’s mediocre racing film Days of Thunder. This unexpected team up seems to already be paying off, this is one of Flume’s best beats and definitely one of Stalley’s more impactful verses as of late. Listen to “Intro” here and check out the deluxe edition re-release of Flume’s self-titled debut album out November 12th via Mom + Pop.
