Autre Ne Veut is a New York-based R&B singer with incredibly strong and unique production and a strong, emotive voice that evokes memories of 90’s powerhouses like Sinead O’Connor. “Play By Play” is the second single from his upcoming sophomore album Anxiety and it’s catchy hook combined with some unexpected but welcome bombast provides for one of the most memorable R&B tracks of the past few years (and given how strong R&B has been in the new decade, that’s really saying something).
