Poythress is at the plate now.  He is 0-3 with 2 strikeouts on the day.  He is looking to redeem here and get the Bulldogs back into the game.  The catcher calls a quick meeting with the pitcher to calm him down. Poythress flies out to deep right for the 2nd out.  Bryce Massanari’s turn at the dish and he is also 0-3.  The tying run is at the plate and Cerione advances to 2nd on an unchallenged steal.  Massanari flied out to right field to end the game.  The winning pitcher is Brett Eibner who is now 4-2.  He had 11 strikeouts today and pitcher a complete game one-hitter.  The losing pitcher is Justin Grimm who is now 2-2.  The Bulldogs take the series 2-1 though.  Final score: Ark 2 UGA 0

The catcher calls a quick meeting with the pitcher and Levi Hyams swings and misses on the 3-2 count, but he is thrown out trying to steal first after the catcher dropped the ball.  Demperio hits a shallow fly to right field stranding one man on in scoring position.  Ark 0 UGA 0
