Goood morning. This evening is going t be a Jeffers Morning!

Once upon a time, Jeffers Morning believed all problems in life could be remedied with a strict diet of video-games and candy. Then they found rock and roll. Since bursting into the music scene in early 2011, Jeffers Morning have not hit the brakes. A few car accidents, local shows and recording sessions later Athens has begun to take notice. Four Eyes 10-6-11

In a perfect meeting of the auditory an visual, Four Eyes has come to grace our station lobby with glory. Erin Lovett (love-it), the feminine half of the band Four Eyes is here with us to night. Can I just tell you? Here at the radio we have such a crush on this pretty lady.

Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors 9-16-11

Do you need to borrow a cup of sugar? These are the neighbors to call on. Drew and Elle from Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors are in our lobby this cool September afternoon to give us something sweet.

This pair is on tour (tonight, Sept. 16th) they play the 40 Watt with their entire band. If you like what you hear here, go see them! Otherwise, check out their website for more news.

Street Violence 9-15-11

That is maybe not true in the real world, but it’s definitely true in our lobby tonight. These beautiful little stars are here tonight to shower us in happiness in the most aggressive way they know how: with awesome tunes. I don’t know about you, but tonight is a good night for racism, enraged yelling, riots and drunken fistfights. Where? In the streets.
