It was 40 years ago today that the famous Earthrise photo was taken aboard the Apollo 8 space shuttle. Apollo 8 was the first manned voyage to achieve a velocity sufficient to allow escape from the gravitational field of planet Earth.

Teenagers in Maryland have discovered how fool the cameras at intersections that give tickets to those running red lights.

It’s pretty easy. Here’s how.

  1. Find a target. Get their license plate number
  2. Find a template of their state’s license plate
  3. Photoshop the template to include the victim’s plate number.
  4. Print the fake plate on photo paper and place over your license plate
  5. Run a red light at a camera protected intersections (Alps and Broad)
  6. Repeat step 5
